On the occasion of the recent donation by the heiress to the painter, Rafael Ruiz Balerdi’s (Donostia- San Sebastián, 1934-Altea, Alicante, 1992) outstanding collection of works (oil paintings, chalk drawings and 2,75 works on paper: water colours, drawings and engravings), together with the long term deposit of a further 240 oil paintings, the Museum is showing a small selection of the works which have been donated.
