The online collection and picture sale

In the early'90s, Bados produced conceptual, ecological and formalist works with a certain touch of the crafts world. Instead of iron he employed more fragile materials, like cardboard, lead, felt and glass, which he used to begin exploring new terrain. In Untitled from 1993 he presents two glass vases, like some sort of Duchampesque ready-made, joined together by sticky tape, which he sticks to the wall like an architectural projection jutting from it. Paradoxically, these works enclose complex thoughts that nevertheless result in simple, concentrated forms in which the conceptual and the formal merge. [Silvia García Lusa]
